im from southwest university of finance and economics, and the industry andmerce management/marketing professional after graduation, i went to a hong kong-invested enterprises as an understanding customers in 8 years. then this 8 years, i be responsible for thepanys human resources management (planning, recruitment and configuration, training and development, performance management, salary management, social security and inductrial injury treatment) and administrative management (canteen, dormitory, environment, fire safety, stationery, office, labor insurance welfare activities, automobile, etc).
for human resources administrative management and the cost control of cost. main achievements: apetent administrative personnel and during thepanys human resources and administrative management system and set up a sound scientific, human resources/administrative work flow standard; will thepany stationery and labor insurance product usage and cost reduction; from many (e.g. increase group activities, improve food treatment, set partner employees, improve the seniority of prize middle managers housing, etc) to improve the staff belonging to reduce wastage rate of employees, pushing the performance evaluation and training management implementation.
